YSR power lo vunappudu TDP won 5 MLA seats and 1 MP in TG bi-elections in 2008.Nandhyala lo caste equations disadvantage to TDP and candidate brand new to politics...what excuse Jagan has to campaign for 13 days if he believes there is anti-incumbency wave ??

Voters Throng Polling Booths In Nandyal By-Election Indicating Record Turnout 

Nandyal: A high voter turnout in Nandyal bypoll during the first three hours indicates a record 80 percent polling in the prestigious political battle for both the ruling TDP and Opposition YSR Congress Party. In the constituency, 1983 general election's 73.84 percent has been the highest poll percentage so far.

According to unofficial figures, nearly 30 percent votes were cast in the first three hours which is unprecedented in a bypoll. Generally people are disinterested in bypolls and especially in the Rayalaseema districts this kind of turnout is something unusual, according to political analysts.

Polling began at 7am but hundreds of voters were seen queuing up at polling stations much earlier. Interestingly, aged voters are participating with much enthusiasm in polling than the younger generation. There are around 35,000 young voters in the constituency out of 2,09,000 total votes.

YSR Congress Party candidate Silpa Mohan Reddy cast his vote at a polling station in Nandyal along with his family members.

Women voters are participating in polling in huge numbers. No untoward incidents were reported so far and the security arrangements are perfectly in place.

Polling will close at 6pm. Counting of votes will be held on August 28.

Daanni cash chesukovalante campaign cheyyaka pote ela?? Inka vaallaki prastutam unna vere panimi ledu ga to have politcial mileage more over Jagan is the face of the party expected to campaign.

Ikkada vaallu (YSRCP) loose ayyedi peddaga emi ledu even if they don't end up winning but for TDP it could be big blow if they don't end up on winning side.

It's other way round...Ruling vunna party can course correct...Opposition party odipothe that too with Jagan credentials....he can't make it in 2019....TDP kooda bi-elections loose ayina CBN credentials meeda vachindi 2014 lo...But Jagan only relies on anti-incumbency
