New H1 - 2019 daaka vundi... POE officer told to deal with USCIS to update POE

Question : Will the new I-94 kick in automatically when the existing I-94 expires ?

nee kotha H1b tho oka I-94 undi kada ade nee current I-94 and as long as you are in states no need to update anything i guess...

the one you have stamped in your passport is the latest and you have to update before it expires

You should have showed your new H1b copy at the immigration

 

If you were in US all this time your new i-94 would have kicked in
