ok .. you need to go to CBP and they will extend... or go to mexico or canada and return to get a new I94 with extended date.

What if they do the same thing again ? I mean what if they give me the I-94 validity until i have stamping ?

no ala ivvaru... nee I797 choopisthe dhani meedha unna date estharu... nuvu POE lo kotha I797 choopinchi undavu anduke stamp meedha unna validity esadu... naku exactly same idhe aindi and nenu naa poe i94 expire aina one yr ki chooskunna....

btw, nee I-94 expire ayyaka kuda stayed aa..? How did you resolve it. Isn't it a black mark that you overstayed ?

kottha i797 choopisthe eyyaka podam endi pichi peon gadu... 

as per the rule yes adhi overstay ainatte but naku valid i797 undi kabatti em problem kaale...valla error adi kotthadi enter cheyyakapodam (ofcourse naadhi kooda nenu kotthadhi ivvaledu vadiki) but dhani tharvatha two times H1 extensions avi ayyay and india velli vacha em problem kaale everything was alright...
