Simple, evaranna telsini vallu working aa Banking client tho ? vunte, asalu eam chestaro kanuuko. 
Moslty in F2F , they will ask you scenario based questions. 

No need to loose confidence, interview sesi vadiki anni teliyavu, more over while answering look straight into thier eyes
eye contact is always imp. 

If you dont know anything, dont try to fake, straight away i dont know ani cheppu or vallu ila chestam ani chepte, oh we dont follow thta process ani cheppu, dont try to be too smart. 

with out genuine exp, it will be tough to crack F2F intervie,w but not impossible. 

UK lo only F2F ee,  i went to 15-20 f2F interview b4 i got my first job.
