He has offered 500 acres land to HCL and Rs 1 lakh for every Job created (including Security gaurd and canteen worker) every year for a period of 7 years and Rs 20k for every employee toward training costs  ..50% subsidy in electricty and 25% capital subsidy (ie cash back of Rs.2.5 crores on every 10 crores invested) and much more..literally paying IT companies to come to AP
