My Experience 10:-

Experiment on your self with the new changes in the diet  and exercise only for one time or two . Follow it if its working for you . Don't follow more than one week.

Change the other pattern after that .

Listen to your body

My Experience 11:-

when you get a chance , do some yoga while watching the movie in your home during the weekends .

Yoga is not a excuse to miss your work out . yoga is just a bonus to your body to stretch feel better . otherwise if you are taking a day break for the work out do some stretches in your home followed with 100 pushups for the whole day .

My Experience 3:-

1. If you diet you will loose muscle.

End Result:- you look so week at the end of the diet plan. Poor body shape looks lean help . you cannot loose much bellyfat .even if  you loose its a temperory

2. If you do cardio you will loose muscle and body fat

End Result:  you look healthy but you will end up with some body pains ,knee pains and feel lazy .Average body shape looks ok. you loose bellyfat much which stays for long time.

3. If  you diet + Cardio  (2 times a week targeting burning 700 calories)+ some weight training (3 times a week atleast for an hour) . you loose only body fat but not the muscle
End Result:- your body shape is better

Make sure your are not loosing muscle by doing so ..loosing weight by loosing muscle is not ideal way...include proper protein+carbs after your workout in order to make sure not to loose muscle.

I had lost 45lbs intailly as your described with cardio +calorie deficient but at the end of journey realized i lost most of muscle.Have to eat more (offcourse good deit) for gaining that muscle back.

My Experience 9:-

If you eat more carbs it end up storing as fat in your body .

If  you eat little more limited protein it end up storing as muscle in your body.

when  you are storing muscle this pushes the fat and make room for it .

Protein foods:- whey powder, peanuts nuts , milk ,Oats ,chia seeds ,flax seeds etc

Try to maintain No carbs , More protien , vegetables and fruits in your diet to get in shape.

Eat only when hungry(apart from breakfast, lunch and dinner  time) , eat little  when you start eating protien even if it is less you will be full.

This is not right , protein will not store in body as muscle .When you workout your muscle tissues will tear .So you body tries to rebalance the act in next 48 hrs .In order to rebalance it needs 1x protein and 2x carbs if you want to buld muscle if not you muscle will be lost in the process if you cant take enough protein and carbs.

Carbs has everyone is not bad its bad if consumed in imbalance and wrong time. You definelty need carbs for your energy

My suggestion to people who want to get into shape

1. Focus on what you eat and make small adjustments to start with. Something like introduce dry nuts. Do this for a week or two. By this time, your body and mind use to this and becomes a routine. Then take one fruit to work. Banana/apple etc. Again do this for a week or two. Now slowly add  more veggies to curry/meals you prepare. Drink lot of water. By this time you get used to all these changes, it will be a month and half. And finally reduce oil consumption.

2. After 2 months of this diet change, NOW go hit the GYM and drink shake/smoothies pre/post workout.

Nenem cheptunna ante,  "Mundu tindi marchukondi oka rendu nelalu ala. Body ki alavatu avtundi. Tarvatha GYM ki vellandi"

My Experience 12:-

Instead of listening to the Songs listen to the motivational speeches during the work out. (download some motivational Speeches or Motivational work out speech  which are about 20-30 minutes.

1. Go to youtube search for motivational speech for work out or success. select couple of them

2.https://www.onlinevideoconverter.com/mp3-converter     go to this link copy paste the youtube link and download it to mp3.

3. Drag and drop the file in your whatsapp number.

4. Start playing by locking the phone again. This way you can even save the data instead of playing the youtube songs during work out .

5 . Delete and change the speeches)

When you are almost tired with the cardio . listen to this and go  and do weight tranining and stretch yourself.

When you are almost tired with the weight training . listen to this and go  and do tread mill or cycling  and stretch yourself.

If  you are tired with running or jogging just do walking but don't stop yourself till you finish the speech.

Speeches deftly refuel with energy

My Experience 13:-

If you weigh more than 160 . Dont waste your time  doing ab exercise. Its waste of time to see your abs with out loosing your body fat or getting lean.

Abs will show up only when your body fat is less than 13%  or atleast you need to weigh less than 140 lb. Otherwise you still see your tummy no matter what how long you do your abs exercise.

My Experience 14:-

If you over weigh more than 160 .

Spend time Focusing on Chest fat(push ups and chest exercise)  and some Leg exercise .

Don't waste your time on the abs . abs exercise just make you flexible it doesn't help you in loosing weight or slimming down if you weigh more than 160.

My Experience 15:-

You don't see any results with out investing time , patience and money .

If you want to see results very soon . Following will deflty help you.

1. Whey protein (25$ per month)

2. creatin powder (If you take this it will increase your level of time and energy atleast by 150%) (5$ per month)

3. Hand Gloves with arm grips(10$ - one time investment)

4. Water bottle shaker for mixing the whey protein(10$ - one time investment)

5. Running shoes(30$ - one time investment)

6. Vitamins (20$ per month)

7. Oats  (10$)

8. Peanut butter powder or paste (8$ per month)

Total Budget :- close to 70$ per month. (If you cannot afford all this set your own budget buy some stuff this week and you can keep addon based on the results or just spend money what ever you can)

When you go to grocery store Buy lots of Straw berries , blue berries , apples , banana and any other seasonal fruits (10$ per week)

This budget you can save eating less junk food.

Running shoes are worst investment. If someone is suggesting cardio for weight loss/ fat loss god bless the one following it. Do strength training indeed. Yes you need cardio but just once a week on break day that too with 6 days of strength training. Beginners can gain lot of muscle in year 1 so don't waste your time running around trees. You will land in same spot as your were. Indeed go for weightlifting. This advice is only for people who are not into marthon stuff.

Get training shoes indeed. I know power lifters who workout with chuck taylors.  Expand your horizon. and moreover $30 running shoes are shiat crap. Better luck with your knee, ankle pains. Now don't give me example of milind soman.

And your research on creatine is so poor.  It won't increase energy by 150% . Time for Reality Check.  black Coffee indeed increase energy and focus and that too by not an exaggerated 150% percent.  No wrong advices please. Research about creatine. You might be very well harming if you extra dose creatine in search of 150% energy.

I know TS is learning.. but straighten out your research about supplements at Examine.com.

Your experience is based only up on your understanding. So understand better. You are not considering height or body type of person. There are many people with 160lbs and ripped.  And btw abs are muscles too. They get trained as muscles, grow as muscle. Yes abs help you loose weight bro. If you gain muscle, you burn more fat in the process you loose weight which is fat indeed.  There is nothing like Some leg exercise. Everyone needs to focus on leg exercises..look at mirror at your legs, they are the biggest muscle groups, quads, hammies, lil calves, glutes.. Now common chest is way smaller than legs.. basic anatomy. So Train your legs harder. SQUAT and DEADLIFT Bro.
