My Experience 16:-

when ever I ran 8-10 miles on a day , I lost 1lb - 1.5lb very next day.  But If i try to run every day aiming 8 miles, its not working loosing 1lb daily.

So I decided to ran only twice a week aiming for 15- 20 miles on those two days to see results .

Tip :-  Understand your resitance of your running. start slowly . every week increase your capacity with 1.25% doesn't matter whether you run or walk. get down the treadmill only after your target is reached.

start with 2 miles.

next day aim for 2.25

next day 2.5

next week 3

after a month 5 miles

I can recommend 5 miles is a good amount of exercise .If You are able to run try to compete with your time .I mean if you are able to complete 5 miles in an hour try to finish by 50 minutes some thing like that.

I always play like this start with 6 ,every minute i reduce to 0.1 means 5.9 consecutively till I get to 4.5.later I slow down at 4 and start walking and run 0.25 miles and walk . I always aim atleast 45 minutes in the initial days(two minths back).

Now I can start 8 . slow down till 5.5 . go back to 4 after some time run at 6 reducing the speed of 0.1 every minute.

Running shoes are worst investment. If someone is suggesting cardio for weight loss/ fat loss god bless the one following it. Do strength training indeed. Yes you need cardio but just once a week on break day that too with 6 days of strength training. Beginners can gain lot of muscle in year 1 so don't waste your time running around trees. You will land in same spot as your were. Indeed go for weightlifting. This advice is only for people who are not into marthon stuff.

Get training shoes indeed. I know power lifters who workout with chuck taylors.  Expand your horizon. and moreover $30 running shoes are shiat crap. Better luck with your knee, ankle pains. Now don't give me example of milind soman.

And your research on creatine is so poor.  It won't increase energy by 150% . Time for Reality Check.  black Coffee indeed increase energy and focus and that too by not an exaggerated 150% percent.  No wrong advices please. Research about creatine. You might be very well harming if you extra dose creatine in search of 150% energy.

I know TS is learning.. but straighten out your research about supplements at Examine.com.

If you want flat tummy, you need to do resistance training. We Indians look like lean but we have lots of fat around belly called skinny fat. Resistance training is the key ; calorie deficit, we need to monitor Calories in and calories out.

Based on my research and experiments. I would recommend the following .

1. Increase your protein intake.

2. Try dropping your sodium (salt and processed foods) and sugar levels to very low for a week and see how your body responds.

Salt and sugar are the killers for the body. Salt retain water content in your body. Sugar stores fats.

3. Try doing Jump ropes (skipping) and pushups(30 jump rope + 30 secs pushups = 1 set. Start from 10 sets and try increasing more based on your energy levels instead of Cardio). Simply called HIIT trainning

If you follow the above for four weeks 6 days a week  with some kind of simple to moderate exercise you will defly see the results .

Good luck .I wish you could see some kind of flat stomach .

What about the question I posed? night carbs cut chesi total ga if I switch to fruit/veg juice diet will that help in anyway?

I will try to follow your advice on proetin intake and also sodium. But  why do you want me to do Jump ropes and pushups? Like I said I get plenty of cardio, probably more than what I need. To give you a little more detail I play football about 3-4 days a week without fail and each session gives me about 5-6 miles of intense running (not jogging) with lots of start and stop and with top speeds as necessary. Isnt that cardio good enough? I dont have fat anywhere else on my body overall except for that little belly fat I mentioned. So im just curious to see if you still are suggesting those pushups and skipping on top of this to get flat tummy.

I will try to answer best of my knowledge. I am not expert but will try to keep it short based on my own research and my own experiments.

1.What about the question I posed? night carbs cut chesi total ga if I switch to fruit/veg juice diet will that help in anyway?
Ans:- If you do calorie deficit. you will loose both body weight that includes 1. Muscle 2. Body fat through out the body it wont target you specific belly. your results will affect on over all body weight.

2.But  why do you want me to do Jump ropes and pushups?
Ans:- This will target your upper core body . that strengthens your chest  and stomach part. so , your upper body look fit loosing body fat on it

3. Cardio Results

Ans:- same like first answer. If you do cardio , it will target both muscle and fat on the whole body but not the belly fat.

If you want to target only belly fat. I can recommend some thing like stretching  with planks, crunches holding the heavy weights(this way you can hold some muscle in the stomach), hanging exercise stretching the abdomen  while you are hanging pulling the legs towards you.

Try switching your cooking Oil to Olive oil only at any cost , avoid fried items.

Have Avacado atleast half for a day.

In addition to it Body Building defines as EAT LESS WORK OUT MORE for your Results.

Even after following all this if you are not seeing results that case Dont be over smart, just work harder . your work outs are not hard enough to see your results.

i am adding some more tips in addition to @sameer1384 and @Michaelbarbosa mentioned.

The foods we eat (ex: soy products, some milk products, chicken etc) contain lot of estrogens which tends to increase fat in upper abdomen and around the belly. So, it is good to have the cruciferous vegetables (google em)  in the food, which will clean the estrogens.

Decreasing the carbs to a minimum level wont help after work out, because body needs carbs for regular metabolism. Rather switching  to whole wheat rotis, brown or wild rice, ragi rice etc is a good idea. Ivi kuda g-pagala tinte, won't help to get a flat tummy. Also, having dinner before 8 pm is good.
