haha pointey... but athanu cheppindi motham true kadu antunna.. he is just exaggerating that. according to him we should not eat salt, sugar, rice, ravva, maida, non veg, milk, eggs, coffee, oil, alcohol, vegetables cooked more than an extent, wheat, and much more...

First of all, appreciated to TS for spending his valuable time on writing this great stuff. As @Don_Draper said in order to "Fat Loss", the most effective model is "weight training". Just by doing cardio you can't achieve your goals. I personally experienced this. I lost around 25 lbs in 3 months which is 20% of my body weight with pure cardio, and i still have my stubborn belly fat. 

If you build muscle and do cardio minimally then you will lose fat from all body parts. I am curious with your post. If you are much confident about your methodologies, then can you tell me what do you want me to do in order to loss fat from chin, face and neck.???

actually manthena is right...even white rice has 8% of protein in it..but its refereed mostly with carbs bcoz majority of it is carbs...and sugar, salt etc are considered as white poison even in western world...i dont think he ever said non veg, eggs and milk are not good..he only referred to them saying we have better nutrients in grain than in dairy

I am not confident about the methodology . I just shared experiences with my experiments in diet and work out  by watching closely out and noting down each and every detail of my process. 

Usually I used to have the fat chubby face and folded neck. I haven't particularly concentrated on it to loose my fat face and fat neck . But still with out my knowleddge now my face narrow without any folded neck with enough strength on my face and neck. 

Cut down your carbohydrates atleast for alternate days by taking only protein diet during those days. this should make you to trick to remove your extra fat. 

when I say cut down , it should be zero carbo-hydrates continued with chest and Neck exercises thrice a week . Cardio is optional if you have time and energy go for it atleast 100 minutes a week. 

Try removing the diary(milk ,yogurt,cheese) products for a week and see the results. some may disagree with this. but removing diary products from our daily routine will help to remove the fat loss a little quicker.
