early GC processing

Posted in H1B : Visa Stamp Hi  I did my masters in North western polytechnic university which don't have accreditation right now but I completed my masters in 2015 April which was accredited at that time . I got H1b under masters quota no issues with H1b. Now I am planing to start my GC processing.  1)Can I start my GC processing under EB2 with my masters quota or Do I need to apply in EB3 coz my university don't have accreditation now . When I got my certificate from NPU it was fully accredited, It lost accreditation in 2016 December.
