I-140 while on CPT advise kavali bhayyalu

Naa masters 3 years OPT aipoindi and H1B pick kaledu. 

EMployer CPT iche school (Univ of Cumberlands) lo join avvamannadu, PERM approve aindi. I 140 cheyadaniki ok na ani adugutundu.

I 140 ila CPT (with out H1b) file cheste travel restriction untai ani telusu, thats ok.

kani future lo ee prog ayye lopu H1B rakunda, malli vere school ki F1 apply chesi master chesi CPT meede work cheddam anukunte issue untai antundi. need your expert reviews bhayyas. pls comment.

ee cumberlands vadu sem by sem istadanta CPT. I-140 apply cheste, ee CPT renewal in subsequent sems kuda issue avtundaa?

And ee univ vadu H1B pickc aina RFE padochu antunnadu, evaranna unnara ee schools lo chadivi successful ga H1B approve aina vallu? pls hep

bhayya i went through this stage couple of years back...unless u go to f1 stamping again u won't have any problem... f1 stamping ki velthe right away reject chestaru if they know that u have i140 approved as f1 is only for studying while h1 is dual(work+future intent)

 

some people go for 2nd f1 visa stamping appudu reject avudhi....so basic ga next time nuvvu stamping ki velthe h1 ke vellu or else don't go to india if ur i140 is approved...

India velloddu until u be on H1B ani cheppadu maa immigration attorney. Adi naku OK. but if in case next year H1B pick ai then I go to India and stampipng ki velthe, reject avtundaa? because of my I-140 while on CPT situation valla? I know idi very peculiar case but happens sometimee without our control kada...I am in that situation now and need help here...

Ahh Some thing positive bro ...Evarini adigina first navutunnaru then satirical ga talking. And maa attorney gadu inkoti cheppadu..I-140 approve ayyaka malli F1 loki veladaniki issue untundi ani....

Nenu ippudu second F1 meeda unna kada...naku inko F1 only after this masters kavali..which means naku next two attempts lo kuda H1B pick kakapothe ne.

Then I have no option to go out of country or so...not sure ..meeku emanna idea unda in this case....?

nuvvu adigindhi naku ardham kaledhu but next year 2-3 mestri ni chusukoni  h1 vese laga chusuko..pick ayi podhi...h1 ki amt avudhi but gurthu petuko okavella h1 pick kakapothe nuvvu fee ki same amt pay cheyali

Dont trust anyone follow your attorney's instructions...each case is different, each visa officer has different perception for issuing visa...assalu F1 ante ne Non immigrant intention ane visa daantla nuvvu 140 (immigration intention) apply cheste you are completely contradicting...lekka prakaaram VO anni rules follow aithe visa issue cheyodu..

Nee luck.  Rules prakaram ayothe GC process h1b lo vunnapudu start cheyali antaru. But andharu opt/cpt lo nee chesthunaru ee madhya. We will never know this is the issue until someone visa stamping or 485 will be rejected.

Anyway talk to atteroney for best case

H1B 3 years nunchi raledu bro..and epudu padithe appudu dabbulu petti GC process start cheyinchukodaniki maadi consultancy kadu....All FT employees ki GC process from Date of Joining nunchi avtundi.....adi policy...nenem cheyalenu... And I already cancelled PERM once and this is the Second time my PERM was approved and I140 is due ....still no h1B ..that shows my luck.....Consultancies laga 4-5 per person veyiste eppudop vachedi....nenu antha rich kadu....anduke edo ila batuku velladeestunna
