Inspite of all this, she asked him to buy a house and he made 30k towards it's downpayment. She divorced him shortly after that and put a case of 498a against him, he lost the deposit he put on the house which was around 30k. He had to take money out of his 401k to make that deposit. Finally she wanted an out of court settlement for 50 lakhs to withdraw the case against him. Now she's in a live in relationship with a local divorced White guy.

Yup they have absolutely no right to ask you for your foreign SSN number since that's not something which is granted by the Indian Govt. This is just a law facilitated to ensure legal extortion of NRI men, personal life is totally unrelated to professional life so it doesn't even make sense to ask you to provide your personal work address etc.

No you can't, you have to go back to India. What you said might be applicable if the country that granted you is in a strife or at war and your personal life is at danger. But in this case since they would claim that you are the aggressor and not the victim, you have to give up your job here and go back to India.

Yes you are correct. Andulo kooda mental torture cases unnayi, best bet is for people to marry someone who has decent moral values whether it's desi or non desi.

They can't since they are not Indian citizens. This only affects Indian citizens who are staying overseas.

only you can go to India if pp cancelled, friend brother okadiki 498 case lo PP Cancelled. Had to get transport letter from embassy
