Yes, from 3yrs(2014) on wards, we are doing it on SAT at 7 am without knowing shani dasha. Try to put light at navagraha and 9 rounds. Just do yourself with soul (chittasuddi to).  Special puja or jatakaalu, etc not required.  

It will not change the difficulties, but the intensity will reduce definitely. We came out of accident, just touching the cars and stopped without any big issue. Cop was backside of us at the incident. Within 5 mins, we left the place, no issue or big damage. 

But remember Shani is not bad God. Actually he is doing good for us - keep us down-to-earth and make you to think like human and make you strong to face any issue. But please try to be good,  responsible,  alert and in your limits.

I am also in spirituality, but it is not easy - we should feel good/bad equally. The progress is like inch by inch. But doing manasika puja for your loved God will improve it. We will not argue or fight, no desires or no cheating. Be calm and do your work as human with heart. All will come to you and God will be with you. God will provide whatever you need at that time. Don't expect more or unnecessary things, it will destroy your happiness.

Show me one parallel, one logic, one scientific derivation/proof that this $hit is 'science'.

It is nothing more than exploiting people's belief system.

Its up to you if you want to be wilfully ignorant, if you believe what you want to believe, if you want to buy hope, if you want to be stupid enough to chant shlokas and do pujas 'hoping' for light at the end of the tunnel
