Quickgun_murugan
Well, well, well... another star has thrown tantrums. In what is becoming a trend of sorts in the industry, NTR is the latest star to lose his cool. Though his "Jai Lava Kusa" got bumper openings, he is not rejoicing. He seems to be agitated with the overall low ratings the film got. He lashed out at some critics calling them 'darina poye daanayyalu'. While he was careful enough to stress on the word 'some', he could not hide his displeasure over low ratings. And then he went to give some strange explanation... he said when a film was in the emergency ward, instead of putting on the oxygen mask, these critics were trying to kill it. He called the audiences 'doctors' and critics 'road-side guys'. All of NTR's recent films did well at the box-office and got fairly good ratings. Critics even pointed out that his role as Jai was the best in "Jai Lava Kusa". Even 'some' critics who had given low ratings for the film, praised his performance. Still, NTR seems to be unsatisfied. Probably, his ego will be satiated only when all critics sing praises of him, irrespective of how the overall film is. Of late, media has been giving extremely positive coverage to him as he has been experimenting with his roles and has been growing with every film. However, he now seems to be wanting all critics to give him super ratings, no matter how the film is. Some time back, Allu Arjun and Harish Shankar did the same and blasted the critics after the release of "Duvvada Jagannadham". Now, NTR seems to be following in their footsteps. But one is left wondering as to why he is so irritated. Films are a gamble, some work and some fail. As an actor, it is for him to take it in his stride. As for his irritation, is it because his film has completely crashed at the box-office or is it that success has gone to his head?
