Thesr guys got gc easily not once but twice. Still MSFT always asks for increasing h1b quota but never asks for giving gc to indians waiting in backlog. They want that owner slave model. Not just MSFT but all big companies.

You are still at the mercy of the company. How many are willing to let go of their H1, go to India and then hope that their company files L1A and get here and then apply for EB1C? What is the priority for this? How many can the US issue in this case considering the fact that there are many top Bschools not only in US but also in Europe and around the world and there are many managers who are well qualified.

No, there aren't many if you exclude WITCH people. Filter all the top B-schools and people who are willing to travel and who want to be part of "real" strategy consulting engagements. You will see couple of hundred people from US. Do you know how many consultants required in the industry globally? Thousands. With the kind of talent and qualifications Satya has, he is probably one of the most qualified in EB1 category.

He is different though. I am talking about people who are graduating from Top B schools now. I have seen quite a few cases and none of these guys are willing to let go of their H1. For those who were unlucky to not get their H1 picked, they have gone to other countries/India. Big four accounting and Management consulting companies don't just file EB1Cs. They have to have a valid reason for it. There is a reason why they file H1s too. They cannot justify that the local talent in US is inadequate for the roles these guys are in (esp management). Just because a few have go it doesn't mean everyone will get it.
