He is different though. I am talking about people who are graduating from Top B schools now. I have seen quite a few cases and none of these guys are willing to let go of their H1. For those who were unlucky to not get their H1 picked, they have gone to other countries/India. Big four accounting and Management consulting companies don't just file EB1Cs. They have to have a valid reason for it. There is a reason why they file H1s too. They cannot justify that the local talent in US is inadequate for the roles these guys are in (esp management). Just because a few have go it doesn't mean everyone will get it.

first off, we are talking about Satya here. No one is talking about about top b schools and the graduates from those schools. No one is generalizing here. or you are worried when I said I am also getting GC in EB1 and you are trying to disprove it @3$%

Second, do you know that there are international engagements for MBB, and BIg 4 firms? If not, check the link I posted above.

Congrats on getting GC. I am only questioning this myth that is being propagated by B Schools grads that they will get GCs on EB1- the cases I am seeing seem to suggest quite the contrary. So what if they have international engagements? Doesn't mean that they will prioritize these people and give them GCs.

There is no myth. I think you just assumed it based on what I posted in one reply. If you see all my posts from beginning, I was merely referring Satya's case. So, let's stick to Satya.

DB folks are saying Satya won't give up his GC, if he has to do it now. But I am saying, he can do it because he has all the qualifications and talent. Going back to international engagements, there are few positions in MBB, Big 4 that need international travel as manager and come back in EB1 category if they wanted do. A guy like Satya is more than qualified for that kind of position.
