Recruiter asking for the original I-797 ?

To anyone on an H1-B visa, or company holding them. If a recruiter is asking for the original I-797 for submission, it is to verify that the resume experience in US matches the H1-b date of entry. Which sadly, many many times is not the case!! Please only send  me resumes that reflect actual experience and save us both a lot of time and aggravation. It would be greatly appreciated! Thanks and have a nice day!
