First movie story okay ayinaka... Producer oka budget set chestadu (ippudu motham directors n heroes set chestunnaru) .. 

Director, Hero, Heroine, Music Director and main actors ni decide cheskuntaru... 

1) aa main valla remunerations matladukoni advances ivvali (min 25%)

2) tarvata actual movie making process...

3) first oka team of director associates and cinematographers pre-production work chestaru ... (every scene ela tiyyali min entha avuthundi ani) paper paina estimated cost for making each scene eskuntaru... (most of the time ekkuvey eskuntaru still within the budgets)

4) tarvata actors call sheets batti a scene eppudu tiyyalo analysis rastharu

-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= sometimes step 2 n 3 mundu jarigi tarvata actors n other technical team ni decide cheskuntaru.......

ippudu shooting / on the sets

5) Every day as per schedule movie shooting progresses.. parallelly dubbing and CG works chestaru (wherever required)

6) Half schedule complete ayyaka rushes chustharu... and based on the crazy combination distributors come and provide advances to buy rights.. also some financiers sponsor the movie based on their interests ... (kondariki hero ishtam untey kondariki heroine meeda moju untadi)  [producer gets 80 to 90% of the budget money in this process]

7) aa ochina money tho Producer pays the actors (atleast 75% of the remuneration)

8) ee madhya movie shooting postpone avvatam or issues osthey  producer has to pay interest to financiers and the estimated budget keeps increasing..

9) antha happy ga sagithey.. movie shooting aypothadi

10) dubbing CG work nadusthuntadi.. ee lopu audio release chestaru.. hit aithey konchem paisal osthay

***now producer has to settle all the remuneration amount...

11) actors /director will participate in the promotion activities (producer kharchu pedthadu anni events ki )

12) Final everything done n movie release avuthadi... (distributors will take care of the no. of theaters based on the hero or how good the movie is)

13) hit talk osthey distributors cut theater rents prints costs ponu migilindi producer ki osthadi..

14) most of the time producers movie budget ni ayina danikantey oka 5 to 10 crores ekkuvey cheptaru (to save on taxes  and to gain table profits during distributor/financier meeting)

15) Flop talk osthey producer ki pettina paisal migalavu and financiers ki baaki aythadu.. sometimes to distributors too...
