a tier visas ki kuda, good and extremely good ani...oka measure pettinaru..i think its now 50k something anukunta...

if company offers you $50k or more for a skill which is in the notified list of skill shortage, then you can get 3-4 years work visa...but converting that visa might be a task...usually if you are on the same visa category for 5 continuous years, then you can apply for PR or if you stayed in UK for 8 years legally on different visas and fully adhered to visa condition, you can apply for PR...
