Been in this boat for long time (~6 months) but recently i am breaking out, having anger and depression issues. Nothing is working out, I always feel there is light at the end of tunnel. I consider myself very strong, the dark phase has been continuing from long time but last 6 months were horrible. I'm sure this would continue like this for next coming months too (may be ~1 to 1.5 yrs).

 

Genuine ga me experience batti advices share cheyandi bhayya.

I usually think about bigger problems in the world...

food, house lanti basic necessities kuda lekunda kashtaalu pade vallu inka chala mandhi vunnaru

so we are in a lot better situation than many others.....

and not just about money....ee vishayam lo chusina....there are millions of people who are suffering worse compared to us.

ala anukuni lite tesukunta

bro na friend 100% physically challenged person, single mother, anni veedey choosukovali vadey happy ga survive aitunnadu, chinna chinna vatiki depression ki vellaku man after 5 years ivi taluchukuntey silly ga untay. so deniki tensions padlo deniki padoddo alochinchu.. asalu ne problems ento explain chey exact ga cheppakapoina like work problems health problems or family problms la cheppu

India vellalante problem ledu but have some visa issues due to which I cannot travel for next 4-6 months.

I think the exact same way and always feel privileged for what I have currently. I even know it will wear off anduke inko 1-1.5 years anindi. In order to cope up I was asking how you do it. Anyways thanks.

Travel locally, Go to a S**** club, workout, join some meetups and meet new people etc

 

commitment undhi anukunte buy a dog, lekapothe try to foster a dog...animals bring a lot of joy bro...

think about the good time you had bro... take vacation...... do some yoga pranayam exercises...

try to spend time with people... have sex... if you think you cannot be around people spend more time outside.. go to pubs or for long drives....

Workout, go to the gym. Seriously bro, that's the best thing to do

manchi beats studio headphone konukko...around $150 in amazon...loud volume lo songs vinu....

winter is coming ...inka boring untadi life...so gym ki vellu spend some time...

also travel heals mentally a lot...

keep arranging things at your home...like organizing...etc...clean you bed room and restroom...iron your clothes etc...it will heal you mentally...
