First and foremost- stop using fb and insta. Study tells people on FB and Insta.. feels more disturbed and distressed...    Instead Moveto twitter 

2nd - make a hobby ...

3rd - talk / friendship to new people ... in bars, at new places 

Evening walk / running outside (better than threadmill)

Avoid 24hr news channels

Study says --- people who use more fb and insta ... Feel like everyone is happier than them self... This creates distress

 

Twitter people feel like there are lot of them outside with similar issues / life style

Konni unavoidable situations or baa heart wrenching things jarigi baa disturb ayinapdu em chestharu. Office work ni neglect cheyalemu, life needs to happen the same way. Been in this boat for long time (~6 months) but recently i am breaking out, having anger and depression issues. Nothing is working out, I always feel there is light at the end of tunnel. I consider myself very strong, the dark phase has been continuing from long time but last 6 months were horrible. I'm sure this would continue like this for next coming months too (may be ~1 to 1.5 yrs).

 

Genuine ga me experience batti advices share cheyandi bhayya.

Go for jogging or join a gym... koncham physical a strain ithey easy ga nidrosthundhi.... I have been there..... I used to spent around close to 90 minutes in gym every day.... I used to go to movies alone mostly after 8 PM (At least 4 movies in a week). Weekends go for a good trail place which will help you to come out of mood. Talk to a good friend at least 30 minutes a day... I did this now as well. I have friend with whom I talk at least 15-20 minutes now as well everyday.

usually ie depressing thoughts thurday start ayi...friday punjukuntayi...saturday irgataeesi...sunday ki DB ki ekkutadi...
