Marrying a cousin is like marrying a 35 year old woman in terms of defects. Kaani 35 year old will have fertility problems already. Women start having fertility problems from age 30. I personally do not recommend menarikam engagements considering complication in future issues. The expectation are very high on us, if we do not meet those we start facing issues, rather than try to find a girl outside with your mindset.
