Wrong. Employer pays 7.7% out of his pocket. Total SSN and Medicare tax is 14.4%. 7.7% comes from your pocket remaining 7.7% comes from his cut. After maintaining office, marketing teams and taking all the risks they really make 5 to 7% in profit. Even on that they have to pay corporate tax.. Employers meeda padi edavatam is like edavatam on pakkintodu because he has a bigger house..They are lucky they came here before us and got GCs and Citizenship..
