I got my answer. Official means not regular passport like diplomat. It's final I need to have a transit to travel via Paris, London. Will apply..Thanks everyone.

yes, just confirming so you dont get carried away by wrong suggestions....transit visa needed if H1 stamp expired.

friend went in Aug/Sep

call the airline 2 or 3 times and confirm, not all service agents know the rules
