cant find a job on h4ead

I was on h1 before and worked as dotnet dev before. Im not very good at coding. RIght now I'm learning oracle dba and would like to try for some junior dba positions. any advice on where to look for jobs? how to get prepared for interviews?  more ideas on how to quickly find work anything appreciated
