cant escape if you are in an apartment man. Try to keep windows open if you have on in kitchen. Hall ki degara unte open patio door and then cook, use candles after cooking, memu ee madya using Indian agarbathis, potundi ani chepa but at least some help.

It's better than that it will absorb all the smells around it as it generates new ozone molecules. It complete takes out the curry smell in your apartment, for the most part. 

Just make sure you don't cook much curry going forward that's all.
