India stamping doubt

Hi all... Ma friend ki oka stamping issue.. plz post your views. ASAP

 

Hi Experts,

I am planning to go to india next month and need to go for stamping for first time ( I came to US as H4 and Got a H1B). 

3 months back I moved to different client and location , my employer filed a H1B amendment which is in process.  Am I legally allowed to travel at this time? Can I take Amendment H1B receipt for stamping for justification? Even if they stamp, will there be any issue at POE?

Amendment processing lo unnapudi vellochu stamping ki. As long as you have the receipt, its okay.

Bcos if they realize(shows up in their system or you gve in ds forms) your amendment in process, they can ask you to visit back for interview once that gets approved. Bcos if your amendment is in process, that means you changed your project and the duration and everything will change.. there are situations where u can get less validity than ur previous H1....

 

so if they come from this point you will be asked to wait... if they overlook ur lucky...

Anyways premium is opened kada, next month antunavu.. go for premium and travel tension free..

during amendment velthe eh questions adagaremo baa no issues in going to stamping while h1b amendment is in progress...

as told its 50 -50 .. i havent seen anyone taking that chance... my empl eouldnt suggest..

premium tho risk eme undhee... you will get approved in a week, specially if its amendment, they go to vermont.. and they will be quick
