it doesnt matter...but estimatorgadu report istadu kada as per GHMC rules unda leda building ani...managergadu chinna chinnavi lite ani ichestadu...but i think you can ask them and he will say its not a big deal..then ask builder to reduce the cost  as you need to pay that from your pocket later

Tried in DCU - 10K (Pre-approval  undi) - 10.29 % APR annadu.  Personal loan ki collateral emi undadu anta there will not be any decrease in the interest rate.. 

northwest federal credit union - 25K - 10% APR. Same response.
