i have approved i140  with employer a and  have  h4 ead 

 

now i moved to employer b, they have not still started perm/labor/i140, and h4 ead is expired, employer a  has revoked already i140 

 

can i apply h4 ead using employer a i140 approval, even though emplyer b did not applied for perm/i140

140 approve ayyaaka withdraw chese kante mundhu atleast 6 months unnava company A tho
