Nope it doesn't give a  valid legal status

MTR  means motion to reconsider a rejected or denied application

MTR doesnt trump I-94, say if your I-94 ends oct 31st and you have a H1 ext application pending as of now

tomorrow if your case gets rejected and you decide to file an MTR, that still wont extend your I-94.

you may have to exit the country as your i94 is expiring on oct 31st and if at all your MTR  gets your h1 ext reconsidered  and you get an approval  2 months down the line 

you get to comeback with new stamping.

H1 Transfer NEW Employer  file chesindu. pay kuda NEW Employer  4months nundi  Run chesthunnadu.

Reject avthe,  Previous Employer H1 ( Valid until 2020) tho rejoin ayyi pay  RUN cheyinchukovacha Bhayya.

You can file for MTR or appeal, on the denied H1 petition. As along as the MTR or Appeal are pending, you can continue working.

this is 100% incorrect, MTR does not give you work authorization status
