Do H1/I140 Transfer have any impact on H4 EAD

I got better offer in other company and there are willing to transfer H1/I140 and will apply any dependent H4 and H4 EAD. But major concern is,  While in process of transfer, H1 and I140, Is current H4 EAD Is valid t?? since to port/apply I140 to new employer it may take 1-2 years is current situation...

Can we apply H4 EAD extensions with current I140 ???

Kindly Please help me out here..Its bit urgent to take decision.
