There will be a big IAS lobby around every CM. It depends on how a particular CM makes use of them.

CBN is a bit different. He uses them for IT purposes and to create hype for himself. But that doesn't make any difference. Things  were different in 2000s when getting an IT company to India from USA could be as easy as a cakewalk. CBN mastered the art of creating hype using IT.

IT progress in India or AP progress with and without CBN.

Pharma was good I don't know what he did is there any other industry that was good during his time apart from IT and pharma he made big mistake by ignoring Farmers he paid price for that
