as of now i'm collecting some 95,000 rs on  shop rents and i have reserved 2 shops for my own, idhi muchata.

eee land rates and house rates ilaageyt exponential ga perigithey kastameyyy...

bhayya, what I mean to say is entire commercial property konestanu anatledu....I want to invest 1 cr and want to get 1 lakh per mth antenna.......ante I want to get 12% returns antunna......that investment can be in purchasing shops or house or whatever.....edhina parvaledhu, I want to get 12% returns and capital amt ki etuvanti risk rakudadhu.....

commercial plots lo returns vasthayi ani kattadam thaggindhi

dabbullu untey konaali , kattaali , rents vasool cheyyaali  , kaani dont expect ur constructions costs to be paid  off in anything less than 10 yrs (8 yrs max)

ohh a friend of mine actually does similar to that  but he has his fingers in lots of dhandha's

he actually buys  the ground floor in any commerical building and rents that space to salon's bakeries etc  itlaa 

uppal-nagole main road lo vaadiki telisinollu commerical complex (600 sq yard plot) kadthuntey , veedu munde velli maatladukoni completion ki 1 yr mundey ground floor koneskunnadu cheap ki (he didnt tell me the number and i dindt ask)

ippudu adey ground floor space ni Karachi bakery vaadiki rent ki ichesaadu 

so those kinds of things are also options kaani avvi USA lo koorchoni cheyyalemu

nenu nxt year move ipothunna india.....I have nearly 1 cr cash with me.......e investment tho elagina min 1 lakh per mth income ravali.....ground floor in commercial complex annavu, idea bane undi........inka ilanti ideas emina unte cheppu baa......
