luxury Sedan less than 45k

planning to buy new or Certified pre-owned(>2015) luxury sedan. Budget around 40k anukuntunna and location is NJ. 

Cars i was considering 2015 BMW 5 series, Alfa romeo Gulia and 2018 TLX A-Spec. Alfa drive chesa but i didn't really like it. seating assalu comfortable ga ledu.

BMW must be good but not sure which one would be better if we compare 2015 certified 5 series vs new TLX A-Spec given new Tech.

kaka...however you plan to stretch till 45k...see if you can get a good deal on BMW 6 series..

2015/16 BMW 6=series...you can usually find one for 45-50k...
