Just do oil change.

Cabin air filter change is piece of cake you can do it yourself check youtube videos.

Engine air filter is also easy, you need to work on it for little more time but nothing technical again see videos(it will be more easy if you just have clips on air filter box, some cars have bolts). You will get these filters for less than $20 and genuine in ebay.

you don't need any of these throttle body fuel injection system,brake fluid exchange,battery service for 28k miles car

check battery strength at advanced auto shop for free.

maintenance light will flash every 5000 miles, so that's normal reminder for oil change.

you can use fuel injector cleaner occupationally to keep engine clean, but they don't make much difference. you know you will need this service if you engine is stalling or not if you see more smoke than usual from exhaust pipe.
