Anderson: What is the plan for getting H.R. 392 a vote on the House floor?

Rep. Yoder: As a bill with support from a nearly a veto-proof majority, it would pass tomorrow if it came to the floor for a vote. I’ve been focusing my time on raising awareness among leadership, among relevant committee chairs, and I think as the more people hear about it the more likely it will be to come to the floor as a stand-alone or be taken up as a part of a larger measure.

If it is introduced right now , It will. It has veto proof majority.

But Thatha will project this as stealing american jobs , And it will be ROD to senators. So I doubt if they will do it anytime soon. They want to bring awareness so that there will less backlash. Hopefully they wont take years and years.
