Hello,

I applied for H1b Extention and I got NOID back from USCIS. Notice says that my Masters degree is not eligible for Masters Cap quota. I got masters from Stratford university, a Profit Organization. My first H1 b was approved on 2012 and this is my second extention. i got my I140 approved and H4 EAD approved. Can anyone of you guys help or guide me on how  to reply back to USCIS NOID notice. I guess you guys would have seen similar scenarios a lot. A good recommendation will be very helpful. Please advise!

Extension kadhu transfer....he got RFE but it's for level 1
