They are actually quite critical esp when it comes to communicating via email and so on. He didn't quite understand the difference between "impotent" and "important" which most 3rd graders can do, seems like that's the root cause of his problems. However he thinks the entire world is out to get him, I think he's perhaps schizophrenic as well.

Esp the project descriptions of Montana, Webster and about the Dodge Caravan. 

It's also extremely hard to understand him when he speaks due to his accent and Tinglish(Telugu + English) being too difficult to make out what he is saying, you could only imagine how difficult the clients might find it when he starts speaking to them the same way.

IF you know him very well you should ask him to get himself checked by a good psychiatrist as it seems like he suffers from delusional paranoia, schizophrenia etc.

Ask him to update his technical skills beyond what he learned 20 years ago in APTECH, and pick up a basic elementary grammar book to learn how to communicate. Then he might perhaps stand a good chance of competing well in the marketplace. Market place lo 8-9 years experience unna friends bench meeda unnaru since a few months, however none of them cry and crib around in videos begging for people's sympathy.
