They are actually quite critical esp when it comes to communicating via email and so on. He didn't quite understand the difference between "impotent" and "important" which most 3rd graders can do, seems like that's the root cause of his problems. However he thinks the entire world is out to get him, I think he's perhaps schizophrenic as well.

Take a look at his resume, it will be fun reading:

https://www.linkedin.com/in/kpandruvada/

Esp the project descriptions of Montana, Webster and about the Dodge Caravan.

It's also extremely hard to understand him when he speaks due to his accent and Tinglish(Telugu + English) being too difficult to make out what he is saying, you could only imagine how difficult the clients might find it when he starts speaking to them the same way.

After reading his resume I am tempted to quote a famous Telugu dialogue "Andulo Laksha Buuthulu Vethukovacchu".

Normally speaking I am very lenient on immigrants' proficiency or lack thereof in English. But this gentleman deserves criticism because he is uploading Youtube videos and he should have done some introspection if he has the mettle to speak in English in such a public forum. Because at best he sounds painfully cringeworthy and at worst resembles a bumbling idiot.

Here's the important question though to you in the spirit of learning (as I mentioned in my 1st post I am not in the IT field) - if you wade through the atrocity that is his English - does he have merit in whatever he is trying to communicate? Because I am trying to learn if it's only the delivery method of his message that is mangled or his message itself is warped?

Thanks.
