WITCH companies lo every other guy is US/UK returned. Zero priority and on top of that they think you were fired in the US and hence had no choice but try there. One of my friend took transfer to JPMC mumbai from US because of family issues. In the beginning everyone was asking him if he lost his job in US

Manollaki kinda paddanu ani chepteney ishtam....  even if you were transferred on a promotion they dont want to hear that.. they gonna create a rumor that you were fired and humiliated at your previous job so you moved from US to India... 

few of my friends faced it ... and they came back to US within a year... they felt US work culture is far better than India's
