Help!!! PPO vs HSA?

HSA

HSA card isthadu(debit card) insurance company odu...part of your payment gets into HSA account every month...you can use this amount to pay medical bills, purchase prescriptions etc

HSA is like health debit card.....depending on your company policy you will contribute pre tax dollars to that card within a certain limit per year......HSA and PPO plan details nuvvu ivvaledu kabatti yedi better ani cheppalenu.

Employer told both had same benefits but HSA had less premium per month.

HSA ki monthly premium thakkuva but desuctibles and max out of pocket ekkuva untadi and money carry over avutadanukunta vasukokapothe. Money aa savings loki vellipotadanukunta and u can use that in next year medical purpose. 

em problems levu and single anukunte HSA theesko otherwise PPO is best

HSA - You can put some pre-tax dollars for medical expenses.

Nevu PPO, HSA ki premium entha, deductibles entha, out of pocket max entha, employer HSA ki entha free money contribute chesthunadu vunte cheppochu.

end of the day, PPO ki upfront ekkuva pay chesi visit vellinapudu low pay
