So by just having a duplicate Aadhar, how can you empty some other person's bank account.

do you understand what you are doing here? It is Aadhar that should be justified, not its opposition.  like how can TN have a superb public distribution system without much leakage without aadhar? why can't other states copy that, what is the need for Aadhar?

Last year when I was in India, I saw a bank advertisement that said create a bank account with just your mobile phone. It used aadhar to create it instantly. and people were praising the convenience it offered.

aadhar allows 3rd party access to its records, which means the 3rd party will save the accessed data for its future use. Even if Aadhar security is hard to break, a talented hacker can, with the use of a duplicate card (that contains fingerprints) can make guesses on what passwds are likely by accessing information on these 3rd party servers that have bits of aadhaar information about the user.

centralized systems have this problem, because one can tie everything about a person to a number or something. It becomes easy to deconstruct that person. many working in google/facebook will know it.

and the govt does not guarantee reparations in case of any loss. because aadhar itself is managed by a pvt company created by the govt, without any responsibility falling for its misuses and failures.
