Option to restrict users to post GIFs and photos ....

Guys .... 

Edho office la bore thengi ee site open chesthaam ... too much gifs which are not relevant to the thread and too many tags to same gif are making the thread more polluted and irritating... how about an idea of giving the option to thread creator atleast to restrict the other users to post a GIF or image or any video links .. this will make AFDB to be used  all time atleast for few threads..
