walk in home wit barefoot to check floor abnormalities

bathroom flush tankulu teesi chudu. if u find brownish sediment then water is acidic... u might hav to test water

test kitchen floor..akkade ekuva sepu untaaru kabatti.. 

test kids room for damages wall writings

check garage if its working...

on all current lights fans to see if current is holding up witout lights flickering. if flickering then inspect for enough amps

check appliances for damage

check steps corners for damage

town house kabatti, lot em vachi undadu anukunta. Plan is very imp. Dont take if you need to take lot of steps. 

Think in terms of parents also, if they do visit regularly house plan should be convenient to them to reduce walking or take long steps, like having the full bedroom atleast in first or second floor.

1. Home buying rigged against the buyer in USA. Please keep this in mind all the time.

2. Do not buy a home if the seller and buyer agents are from the same company. E.g. remax, weichert etc . Bloody bastards will collude to sell the home to you and then split the high commission.

3. Talk to friends to find out Realtors that give you a cut of their commission . They will share 50% with you provided you search the home by your self .

4. Do NOT get realtor recommended inspection agent. Find your own.

5. Shop for mortgages . Talk around to find out how reliable agencies are when it comes to closing.

6. Find a good attorney . Don't go by realtor recommendation.

7. Town home kaabatti you must be buying in a community where there is sizeable Desi community. Talk to folks who are living for rent. Not the owners . Owners will always claim their community is the best. Tenants give a reasonably  honest opinion.

8. Thondaraga konali ani pettukovaddu mind lo. Idi kaakapothey inkokati. Do not budge to peer and realtor pressure.

9. Go for 15 year loan if both of you are earning 

10. Go to the township. You can file requests to get all the permits that were filed and cleared for the property .very very important this one. If the seller has done some work with out permit and then the township finds out after you buy it, then you are toast!!! This thing happens a lot in our good old Edison NJ

2009 kaabatti HOA funds baaganey undi undali assuming it is a newer property and no repairs were done. But, it will not hurt to call up the HOA and get a statement  from them. Thokkalo expenditures untey statement meeda then it is suspicious. Nuvvu kattey HOA money neeku use avvali. If not, you might as well add that fees to your emi and then go buy an independent home.
