okay, there was a woman who blamed madhur bhandarkar for rape, because he promised her film chances and took advantage of her. but it was a specific complaint, and she even gave detailed descriptions of how she was exploited over the years. that is a criminal complaint, and nothing came off it.

if they are not interested then why are they still in the industry? dont they know there is no way around it, unfortunately? if you said they accept it and its part of doing business which clearly means they know that exists then whats the point of this "not interested" thing, you either do that or dont do that, simple. No. They are okay with sleeping with some, and not sleeping with others, etc. They have their preferences. Its her body, and she can do what she wants with it.

if you can understand tamil, look up an interview a somewhat popular tamil actress called Kasturi (in the 90s) gave. she admits that favors are exchanged for roles, and that's not a big deal.
