isnt that harassment avoidable? since she is okay with someone and not okay with someone else, cant she avoid those films where she is not okay with. Like give up that particular film? and continue with other films where she is okay with? If she gives up those particular films, where is the point of harassment?

she can't give up a particular film after she signed up for it. she can avoid working with those specific people after she's done with this film. which the actress in the TS story seems to have done.

now you want to talk about instances where actress claim harassment from someone who they worked with several times. who did that? lets take case of Harvey Weinstein. The guy had very elaborate NDAs that prevented them from speaking out earlier, and be beholden to him, because he can destroy careers.

if you want to talk about Indian industry, I want you to give me an example of a heroine who claimed harassment from someone and later worked with them. I dont think it happens.
