Project Management tool

My IT Director asked me to find a PM tool which has regular  PM functionalities like Project Milestone tracking, Resource Management, Budgeting, Status reports... etc, the cost should not be more than $15k and can give licenses for 50 users.

Please let me know if any of you guys know any good PM tool

Microsoft 0365 lo unte.. Microsoft project online..license included anukunta or may few bucks extra.. I believe it’s worth it. Memu chesina 2 months research neeku 1 min lo answer dorkindi..

Thank you bhayya, but presently we are not using MS 365. 

Can you we buy only MS Project online?

also does MS project online requires MS Exchange...because presently we are using Lotus Notes for email.
