they never hire contractors, they don't have offshore and they hire only fulltime. Bench lo unte pay chestharu, I personally know few people who were paid for being on bench for atleast 4 months. okadu aythey 6 months unnadu bench lo.

infy is a different ball game na friend okadu 4 months intlo sofa warm chesadu till they let him go. Their salaries allow them to keep a lot of margin. Here people are referring to typical american PV's like randstad kforce staffing etc

4 months bench is very rare for infy. One or 2 months chusa nenu. mostly they will close the trip and re-open the trip for the candidate. it's like company paid tickets to india for you and your family. manager tho baga close unte one month US salary india lo isthadu with guest house in infosys campus.

+1 infy, Witch and other Indian companies margins ekkuva pettukuntayi and salary thakkuva isthayi. Vallu manage chesestharu. But they are still heartless though. GC processing deggara oka range lo wait cheyistharu. Call back antaru and pay ekkuva pencharu. Vallu pay chese money ki middle class kanna ekkuva life undadhu. Ambition unnavadu vadhilesthadu.

US lo attrition vallaku kavali lekunte there is no motivation for juniors in offshore. 70-30 margin untundhi mostly. 70 vallaku 30 employee ki.

e strategy tho employee atleast 10 years infy tho untadu ( 5 offshore 5 onsite) . intha kante yem kavali compnay ki

true there is no trip concept for US employees, two things will happen for US employees.

1. If candidate is talented ,flexible but he is not placed because of staffing problem by management then wait chestharu in this case 2 months is very normal.

2. candidate has too many restrictions like technology,location and messing up client interviews then ram ram ani antaru.

bench time lo you still have to send weekly report to your manager "what you learnt/achieved/contributed "
