employer insurance ki no chepthe he should ask for proof of insurance for his files. maa vadu theesukunnadu when i had individual. else employer ki padthadi these type of cases aithe...

DOL rule adi... valaki insurance lekunda work location lo pani chepiyodhu... ikada work location kadu.. kani insurance aithe ledu kada.. wrong aithe correct me  pls..
