As per other heroes fans, he needs to give back some of his remuneration because many other heroes did.

Even if they buy there will be some terms & conditions on how they will have share the burden in such cases.

are there contracts in the film world? most of the contracts are probably oral, and cannot be enforced. I don't know about this though.

this business of buying films is probably the most bullshit business model ever. It was described by the guy who founded tamiltalkies site.

It seems the buyers are not shown the film until the day of the release. lol.

talking about this publicly is probably their way to shift the power balance that tilts heavily towards producers/financiers at the moment. They just drum up the film even if it has no content, and force people to queue up and buy. Most buyers don't last beyond 3-4 films in the business.
