Amendment RFE rejected, going for visa with old petition and LCA

( the same client, moved to different location)

Applied for amendment. Got RFE. The response was a rejection.

Now I am in India, I am planning to go for stamping with old LCA and petition.

Should I be worried about anything? My employer is confident, as another person from the same company got the visa.

What % chances? what could go really bad?

as long as you have the original i797 and i94 valid you should be fine!
